Recipe for Bailey's Irish Cream |

Homemade Irish Cream Liqueur 1 3/4 C. Whiskey 1 (14oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk 1 C. light cream 4 eggs 2 tsp. Chocolate Flavored Syrup 2 tsp. instant coffee 1 tsp. vanilla extract 1/2 tsp. almond extract Combine all in blender. Blend until smooth. Store tightly covered in refrigerator (up to 1 month). Delicious Just like Bailey's!! |

Avocado Dip ( Sometimes called Texas Caviar) 1 can Black Beans 1 can Mexi corn 1 red onion diced 2 firm tomotoes, diced 2 not over ripe Avocado (or in my case at least ripe!) 1 pkg of "Good Seasonins" Italian dressing. 1/2 C. Canola Oil ( I subsitute extra virgin olive oil for a healthier alternative) 1/4 C. white vinegar Basically chop and mix all ingredients together. Tastes best maybe a day after you make it and it is well chilled. |
